Jessie J
Jessica Ellen Cornish (also known as Jessie J) is an English performer and musician. Jessie became famous early on for her unusual music style that is a blend of soul, hip-hop, pop and electropop. In addition to her many awards, she has been nominated to receive the 2011 "Critics Choice Brit Award" as well as the BBC's Sound of 2011". Her music career got underway at the age of 11 at the time that Andrew Lloyd Webber cast her in the musical Whistle Down the Wind. She was in 2002 when she appeared as a part of"The Late Sleepers," a "National Youth Musical Theater" show "The Late Sleepers." She was famous when she released her debut album 'Who You Are'. In the UK alone the album was sold at 105,000 units while in the US it sold 34,000. The album also ranked at number 2 on the UK Albums Chart' and as number 11 on "US Billboard 200..' Jessie is also famous for her work with charities, and has been involved with charities such as Children in Need' and 'Comic Relief.'
