Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is an avid film critic who reviews Z-graded films typically in the horror or martial arts types. Her style and method are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she prefers to review crappy action flicks and has a fascination with the morbid. The reviewer began her journey in 2009 and gained some recognition on their forums under her old username Obscurus lupa. In the year 2010, she joined Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome Family. She remained on the site until early 2015 in the year that Obscurus Lupa Presents was transformed into Movie Nights. She also currently runs two podcasts through her channel both covering the Charmed series and co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
