Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada, a famous Afghan American actor in the United States has been in several television series. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled her native country to the US and was granted refugee status to stay. They raised her by two sisters living in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada started her career in the world of television when she appeared in National Commercials. Ghanizada's role as Chiara in Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara earned her a nomination for Best Actress at a festival.
